"I joined Nicole's Pilates classes in May 2013, bringing along with me a list of congenital back and hip problems as well as several sports related injuries. These had plagued me for years and I'd spent the past two years in and out of physio and osteo clinics.
Within the first six week course I could walk, sit and stand without pain and I felt my body getting stronger. By eight weeks my osteo gave me fantastic news that I needn't come back unless there were pain problems.
Nicole was brilliant at setting me homework to do in between classes to help bolster my strength. She's given me the skills to continue building my core strength and to live a pain free life. I'm currently lugging 13kgs of backpack around the world, something I'd never thought I'd be able to do before!"

Having recently moved to the area and as complete beginners to Pilates you have made both joining in and enjoying the exercise so easy and fun.
It has been great that you have gradually pushed us a little more as the weeks go on and we really feel that we are benefitting from the sessions.
The way you carry out the classes is relaxed and informative and you always know before we do what we are just about to do wrong, but importantly how to correct it and get the most benefit out if each move.
Clearly you work hard behind the scenes as well with structured plans for each session making the class progress so smoothly.
