Private Pilates sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs. Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

Assessments are also conducted in these sessions to assist in customising exercises to your specific body type.

Private sessions are recommended for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are new to Pilates.
